Christians commemorate Jesus’ Last Supper when He broke bread and gave the cup to his disciples, initiating the Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper.
At the Last Supper Jesus said, “I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another”. John 13:34)
SEDER SUPPER – Wednesday, April 16th YOU are to arrive by 5:30 p.m. for a 6:00 p.m. sharp start! (Diabetics and others who need to eat by a certain time should eat something beforehand if needed.)
The actual meal doesn’t start until about 6:45 p.m. It will be an authentic version using the Passover Haggadah, or booklet in English and Hebrew, led by Reverend Warren Leibovitch. A Seder using the real Seder book has several readings of the Passover story before the meal. After the supper the Seder continues for another half hour.
The goal is to be finished by 8:00 p.m.
